Cedar Rapids Accounting And Finance Rotation Program

Selected candidates will participate in the Cedar Rapids Accounting and Finance Rotation Program. This program aims to provide early career talent with a variety of work experiences within the Cedar Rapids Finance team. Available experiences include Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Accounting, Program Planning and Control, Contracts and Pricing. In addition to work experience, the program offers opportunities for professional development, mentoring, and networking.

What You Will Do :

• Participates in financial planning, including analysis of cost reduction strategies, earned value management, and all general and administrative accounting and budget processes.
• Review the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to contribute to forecasts of short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
• Provide guidance or expertise to external consultants and advisors (e.g., tax advisors, accounting firms) with data, policy, and practice information.
• Provide functional or operational area employees with information to help them manage their financial responsibilities.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
