About The Position
Job Title : Mammography Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - Mammography Tech Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not Specified Experience : Experience with mammography procedures including screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3-D.
Work setting experience in outpatient settings with ratios of 10-15 patients. License : Ohio Department of Health license required.
Certifications : BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Certification Must-Have : Knowledge of Digital Hologic (Tomo) preferred. Job Description : Seeking a mammography technologist to assist with patient volumes.
Primarily based in the Breast Center with potential support at satellite locations.- Perform both screening and diagnostic mammography at the Breast Center;
only screening mammography at satellite locations.- No biopsy requirement for this role.- First shift position with variable start times of either 08 : 00 or 08 : 30.
- During holiday weeks, shifts adjust to 4, 10-hour shifts.- Orientation provided for 24 hours.- Must comply with the strict fingerprinting process immediately upon signing the contract.
- Travel compliance required for those within driving distance; out-of-state candidates will receive a fingerprinting packet to complete urgently.
- Locals accepted within a 60-mile radius.- Former employees eligible after a break of six months or more, current employees are not eligible for travel assignments at this location.
