Key Responsibilities :

In Depth knowledge in Radio Air Operations and Bt-IP Trading

Having a good understanding of the UCCE architecture and call flow

Person will be responsible for technical escalation management and day to day operations of the Contact Centre setup with experience in resolving Critical, P1 and P2 incidents improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction

Possible occasional travel to Memphis

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Network Services experience

Possible occasional travel to Memphis

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications :

Radio & Cisco Collaboration Experience
