Our retail expansion in main markets starts with hiring the best leaders. As a Sales Lead, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space.
You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences.
Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.
Your hiring Location is Louisville, KY
You will report to the Store leader.

Your Impact
- Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates
- Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guest
- Perform a variety of operational activities which included processing, labeling, and assembly of merchandise
- Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
- Additional physical requirements may be required . climbing ladders.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
