Position : RN-Mother Baby (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in a hospital setting.

Monitor and assess the health of mothers and babies, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Educate mothers on postpartum care and newborn health practices.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective communication.

Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and achieve targets.

Adapt to changing environments and patient needs with flexibility.

Engage in self-directed learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Arizona or compact state with Mother-Baby experience.

Proven ability to provide comprehensive postpartum and newborn care.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.

Experience in using performance metrics to improve patient care.
