We do NOT accept cases that have questionable merit. We are brutally honest with our clients. We are looking to hire A positive, enthusiastic self-starter who does not work by the clock and can prepare discovery demands, responses in a personal injury lawsuit with almost no guidance.

The candidate should be willing to stay at work until the job is done, including weekends and working nights when necessary.

They don't need to be told what to do and are not afraid of making mistakes. They don't wait for the next job assignment-they know what to do.

The candidate should be willing to travel to locations around the state to attend two-week trials and assist with witnesses and technology during trials.

The candidate should absolutely love technology and marketing. The candidate should exude a positive attitude and be grateful for the opportunity to transform the lives of the severely injured.

Candidates should apply if you have : Expertise in legal writing and legal research with specific attention paid to the CT Practice Book Expertise in drafting with little to no supervision complaints, submitting and responding to discovery, proposed jury charges and verdict sheets in personal injury suits lawsuit Expertise in drafting with little to no supervision subpoenas and deposition notices Expertise in preparing with little to no supervision mediation and arbitration binders Expertise in ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid DAS, DOC, WC, Union, VA and other third party liens Expertise in building with little to no supervision trial notebooks, organizing and marking exhibits for trial, scheduling with expert and lay witnesses for trial .

Excellent customer service skills for monthly check ins with clients Expertise in the short calendar and scheduling order process in CT with specific attention paid to Hartford and New Britain Judicial Districts and Candidate must live within 40 minutes of New Britain as this is an in-person, full-time position.
