Position Description

EōS Fitness is searching for a Regional Vice President of Facilities to join and support our team. This role is intended to elevate the member and team member experience through strong leadership, a passion for customer service, a creative mind, an eye for detail, a high level of professionalism and multi-unit facilities management experience.

While the entire club team plays a role in customer service it is our Facilities Team that ensures every workout experience is "uninterrupted" for our members by providing the best environment, availability of amenities, a high standard of cleanliness and full functioning equipment.

Our entire Facilities Team cannot be afraid to roll up their sleeves and help make our clubs the members "FAVORITE."

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to :

  • Personnel Management and Leadership - Teach, mentor and lead District Facilities Technicians in-person and remotely.
  • Communicate with Executive Leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, and Club Operations personnel appropriately.
  • Outside Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, establish, and maintain relationships with "key" outside vendors who will service locations (Cleaning, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, etc.).
  • Communicate and coordinate with landlords for all major repairs.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance for facilities.
  • Address concerns on social media platforms as they relate to facilities (IE-yelp reviews, member comments / inquires).
  • Technical Knowledge Requirements
  • Project coordination and scheduling
  • Vendor evaluation abilities (evaluate bids, estimates and invoicing)
  • Knowledge of how major mechanical systems work (HVAC, plumbing, electric etc.)
  • Ability to evaluate major mechanical systems and assess any potential maintenance issues.
  • Knowledge of Energy Management systems and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of architectural drawings as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing
  • Diligence and a strong understanding of liability issues, general safety, and personal and / or public injury a must
  • Financial Ability to interpret budgets and to provide recommendations.
  • Administration Understanding the function of the accounting / payroll departments and people management.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when identifying and assessing club maintenance and housekeeping needs.
  • Technology : computer literacy, extensive experience with CMMS systems and resource management
  • Utilize software, financial software, and project management software.

Qualification Requirements : Individual must possess and apply the following knowledge, skills, and abilities, and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, or by using some other combination of abilities :

  • Thorough planner with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
  • Positive managerial attitude and proven leadership ability in above club (regional leadership) role.
  • An understanding and commitment to all aspects of customer service.
  • High standards regarding club / site cleanliness and presentation.

Experience / Certifications / Educational / Requirements :

  • 5 years Managing Facility / Housekeeping / Maintenance Experience.
  • Licenses / Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • CFM Certification o CPO Certification.
  • OSHA Certified / Trained.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system.
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 50 lbs.
  • When necessary, must be available to be contacted for emergencies 24 hours / 7 days a week including holidays and assist with being a first responder in the case of environmental disaster.
  • Must be available to assist is the closing down of a club to meet all legal, safety, risk, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to use commercial cleaning products and equipment including vacuums, pressure washers, wet vacuums, compressed air, and cleaning chemicals.

This role requires use of your personal vehicle for business mileage. All persons who use their personal vehicle for business mileage must carry a valid driver's license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations.

All expected and approved business miles are considered reimbursable and may be untaxed in accordance with IRS regulations.
