As they continue to expand internationally, we're seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our client's finance team and play a crucial role in their growth and success.
Position : FP&A
Location : South Haven, MI
Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Responsibilities : Budget Process :
Budget Process :
- Lead the budgeting process.
- Conduct monthly tasks including vetting, data mining, and budget checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with international plants.
- Assist in operations planning to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
Month-End Reporting :
- Understand and analyze deviations and variances in financial performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis.
Special Projects :
Conduct reviews, completing monthly checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications : Must Have :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Plus :
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or AS400.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in an international company setting.
