Description :

We're seeking a skilled Data Enablement Specialist with a strong focus on Snowflake, data wrangling, process improvement, and data literacy.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our data infrastructure, enhancing data quality, and promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Leverage Snowflake to design, implement, and optimize data models and pipelines
  • Develop and execute Data Wrangling strategies to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
  • Identify and implement Process Improvements to enhance data quality, accessibility, and governance
  • Design and build Tableau dashboards and visualizations to drive insights and support decision-making
  • Promote Data Literacy across the organization through training, workshops, and clear communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data technologies, particularly in the Snowflake ecosystem
  • Contribute to the development of data products and analytics use cases

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on data wrangling and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, including SnowSQL and Snowflake's unique features
  • Expert-level SQL skills (strong Python programming abilities optional)
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures
  • In-depth understanding of data governance best practices and implementation strategies
  • Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing data literacy initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (JIRA)
  • Familiarity with data modeling techniques and best practices
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in data enablement (preferred)

This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can balance technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive data enablement initiatives across the organization.
