Key Responsibilities
Guide new hires through the 5-step onboarding process from start to finish
Assist employees in completing required online training assignments and set up new hire email accounts
Track progress in onboarding spreadsheets and ensure compliance with established processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Prior experience in onboarding, HR support, training, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
