Position Overview
Our client is seeking an energetic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of marketing management experience, a passion for helping others grow, and the drive to take our brandand our studentsto the next level.
This role leads our marketing team (1 direct report) and is deeply involved in day-to-day strategy, execution, and content creation. Youll serve as a connectoracross students, clients, vendors, and leadershipto shape and share our client's story.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach : Connect and build relationships with key stakeholders in Kansas City and St. Louis that will drive our growth.
Content and Storytelling :
Develop compelling, on-brand content for social, web, email, and moreworking closely with students and alumni to highlight real stories.
Team Leadership :
Mentor and support one direct report while actively implementing campaign execution and strategy.
Lead Generation and Funnel Management :
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web to drive qualified leads for Centriqs programs.
Budget & Vendor Management :
Oversee monthly marketing budgets, maximize ROI, and manage vendor / partner relationships.
Website Management :
Own content, updates, and website performance to ensure strong brand alignment and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting :
Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to measure performance, report results, and implement data-driven improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
5-7 years experience as a marketing specialist or manager in a technology or tech-adjacent business.
Expertise with all major social media marketing platforms and HubSpot CRM.
Exceptional content creation skills (copy, basic graphics, or video preferred).
Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Highly collaborative, passionate about helping students, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
