About the Role

A busy, reputable law firm in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with strong litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an on-site position handling a robust caseload of 70+ active personal injury matters .

The ideal candidate is self-driven, courtroom-ready, and experienced in managing cases from intake through resolution. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused, contingency-based environment— no billable hours .

Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation

Draft, file, and argue motions

Take and defend depositions

Attend mediations, hearings, and trials

Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and progress

Collaborate with support staff and partners to ensure timely, effective case handling

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation

Admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing

Workers’ compensation experience is a strong plus

Excellent communication, advocacy, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage a high caseload independently

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Compensation is contingency-based with a competitive bonus plan
