This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and ready to help others live more independently through innovative supports.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Support Professional, you'll :

Provide personalized support with daily routines, health, medication, safety, and independent living.

Use remote monitoring technology and in-home devices to assist individuals while encouraging independence.

Train and coach individuals to confidently use in-home technology.

Build strong, respectful relationships while ensuring safety and well-being.

Document supports and respond to needs using technology platforms.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Valid driver's license & proof of insurance.

Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft applications).

Some physical activity : bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred).

Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and physical.

This is a safety-sensitive role.
