Coverage Needed : Start Date : July 14, 2025 End Date : Ongoing Schedule : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Providers Requested : 2 Call Ratio : 1 : 10 Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Outpatient and Inpatient EMR System : Cerner Support Staff : 20 RNs, 12 PAs / NPs, 1 Office Staff Call Type : Beeper with 30-minute response time Patients Per Shift : 4 Bed in Department : 250 Procedures : General Anesthesia, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Pain Management Techniques, Ventilation Management, Central Line Placement, Arterial Line Placement, CRNA Supervision Call Back Percentage : 30% Temporary Privileges Available Requirements : Board Certified ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience : Minimum one year, must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks Active NM license Provider must live 90 miles from the facility Must be willing to work weekends and take call Training for blocks will not be provided; case logs of blocks performed are required
