We are currentlyseeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction ProjectManager to join our team at a reputable client in the Constructionindustry.
Our client is awellestablished company with a strong track record of success indelivering highquality construction projects.
They are looking fora resultsoriented professional to oversee all aspects of theconstruction process from planning and scheduling to budgetmanagement and quality control.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with architects engineers and otherstakeholders to develop and implement constructionplans.
Create and maintain detailed projectschedules ensuring all deadlines are met.
Develop and manage project budgets identifying andmitigating potential cost overruns.
Oversee the procurement of materials equipment andsubcontractors.
Manage and coordinate the work ofsubcontractors and construction crews.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codesand safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality controlstandards are met.
Prepare and deliver progressreports to project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project issuesproactively.
Manage project risks and developcontingency plans.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in ConstructionManagement Civil Engineering or a related field(preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience inconstruction project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projectson time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction methods andmaterials.
Excellent communication interpersonal andproblemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Proficient in project management software(e.g. Primavera MS Project).
Avalid drivers license.
PMP certification is a plus
