Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing.
3–5 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Strong experience handling real estate matters related to project finance , including wind , solar , and battery storage projects .
Proficiency in reviewing and advising on title and survey issues is required .
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client service skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on real estate matters throughout the project lifecycle , from initial due diligence to project development, financing, and M&A transactions.
Structure and negotiate real estate components of energy and infrastructure transactions.
Conduct title and survey reviews , resolve land use and zoning issues , and coordinate with local counsel as needed.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including finance, regulatory, and corporate attorneys, to support large-scale energy projects.
Stay informed on emerging trends in energy and infrastructure law and contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.
