Position Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage commercial construction projects in New York City- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure successful completion- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsPosition
Essential Job Functions : - Demonstrated experience in commercial construction projects in New York City- Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on-site- Proficiency in construction management softwareBenefits : -
