Willingness to work outside in ALL TYPES OF WEATHER Highly skilled in fixing electrical, hydraulic, engine and transmission related issues Work well with a small team of salesman, yard staff, and other mechanics Work fast, fix the problem, move on to the next machine Ability to work with and or own Diesel Laptop software NO TRAVEL, on site here in Van Alstyne, 5 days a week. Monday-Friday 7;30-5 : 30 Guaranteed 40 Hours a week Personalized ATV / Cart for your own tools No company uniforms (We do provide company shirts) Boot allowance Very Competitive Pay (at or above all major OEM dealers) Paid Time off 401K Life insurance 10,000 sq ft shop and covered area to work on units when raining or inclement weather
