Job Title : Pediatric LVN

Job Description

• Room patients, take and document vital signs, and assist provider with medical exam.
• Perform accurate charting, assessments, and intervention and follow-up per scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the Medical Provider regarding phone messages, pharmacy refills, and ancillary test results in a timely manner.
• Maintain current knowledge and capability to perform all company clinical procedures and equipment maintenance (i.e. vision, audiometry, lab testing).
• Respond to and actively participate in all clinical emergencies and maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.
• Adhere to infection control, universal precautions, and use of personal protective equipment as needed for all patient care procedures, maintenance of equipment, and disposal of waste.
• Perform any additional / miscellaneous duties (not inclusive of job description) as requested by the management team within the scope of knowledge / ability.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Work Environment

Monday-Friday in an office setting. The team includes 3 providers and 3 support staff. The role primarily operates in the main office location but requires floating to other locations 2-3 times per week to support coverage.

Floating locations include Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills, and Ladera Ranc
