General Responsibilities : The Service Analyst will be responsible for the 3rd Party Team Inbox. Their main task will be managing all 3rd Party communications between our branches, customers, 3rd Party websites and our Corporate Teams.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Manage EDI fails. Reach out to customer or TWC branch if needed to resolve errors.
• Upload quotes for 3rd party customers
• Submit NTE requests for 3rd Party Customers
• Work with corporate billing to resolve invoices that are unable to be uploaded. Develop a process for follow up on no responses from customer.
• Keep all websites up to date. Perform monthly check and balance.
• Update statuses for all third-party websites. Completed, cancelled, duplicate requests, PO issues and NTE.
• Accept invitation to connect through 3rd Party websites. Provide all documentation needed to connect. (COI, Rates, etc.)
• Handle open work order updates sent by 3rd Party customers.
• Use and follow SAM processes to communicate with branches and customers
• Work with support teams for 3rd Party websites to develop helpful updates
• Work with corporations' team and call center on process improvements
• Manage all notes in Penta related to 3rd Party customers.
• Obtain and track facilities contact information for all 3rd party customers.
