Accounts Payable Clerk

Overview Titan Talent is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process accounts payable invoices Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Maintain positive vendor relationships and respond to inquiries promptly Assist with month-end close tasks related to accounts payable Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and invoice approvals Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions Proficiency with accounting software (experience with Sage 300 is a plus) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package, including : 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
