About The Position
Job Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Specialty : Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Job Duration : Not specified Shift : 6 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM with every 3rd weekend Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Experienced RRT in a Neonatal ICU setting License : Must have Illinois RRT license upon submission Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have : No local candidates within a 50-mile radius Job Description : Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures- Monitor and adjust ventilatory support and equipment- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress- Educate and support patients' families on respiratory needs and equipment usage- Adhere to established protocols and individual care plans
