Must have BC, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and active license required. The facility is located in Peru, IN. There are about 1-2 phone consults per day.
The clinic is schedule is Monday surgery day, Tuesday 8 : 30-11 : 00AM in Wabash office, Wednesday 8 : 30- 4 : 30, Thursday 8 : 30-4 : 30, Friday 8 : 30- 11 AM.
