  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations to facilitate efficient communication within the team.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and correspondence, delivering excellent service and ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
