Travel Coordinator/Event Planner - Part-time
Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) of Waltham, MA is seeking a travel Coordinator and Event Planner extraordinaire.
You excel at something akin to psychic-tetris, i.e. thriving on solving real-time problems and handling multiple projects concurrently, all while interfacing with an eclectic group of software engineers.
You have an affinity for details and will be an essential player on a hardworking global team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinate complex and ever-changing travel arrangements, including budget management
- Track and manage expense reports efficiently
- Provide monthly reports on travel and related expenditures
- Plan and organize logistics for quarterly team meetings.
Skill and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google tools
- Exceptional time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- The service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs proactively
- Capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as external stakeholders
- Flexible and enthusiastic demeanor with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree and prior relevant experience required
Ideally, you are reentering the workforce and have extensive travel experience that you can apply to each trip.
