Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, first to float, no call
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : 2+ years of experience required, prior travel experience preferred
License : Michigan Nursing License
Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
Must-Have :
- Experience with Epic is highly preferred
- Ability to float as required
Job Description :
- Provide safe, quality care for patients according to an individualized care plan.
- Treat all patients with dignity and respect, maintaining patient rights.
- Oversee non-clinical and support staff personnel.
- Assess healthcare needs and nursing care requirements for all assigned patients, considering individual needs across various age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
- Plan and prioritize care to meet assigned patients' healthcare needs.
- Implement nursing actions in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is provided.
- Demonstrate self-management by being accountable for the delivery of responsible nursing care.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and foster positive interpersonal relationships.
- Assume responsibility for personal development and assist in the development of other staff members.
