The Headlines :

In the role of Sr. Supply Manager Capex working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team. The Sr. Supply Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the category strategy for the capital procurement of brewing / process equipment, worth $100M - $200M in annual spend.

You will use strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, reverse auction, contract management, negotiations and supplier management.

This position reports to Sr. Manager Capex Procurement and works closely with cross functional teams, with Molson Coors Corporate Engineering being the primary stakeholder.

The Responsibilities :

  • Lead negotiations and implementation activities and ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed
  • Manages category suppliers, including score carding and monitoring KPIs for larger suppliers
  • Manage several supplier relationships at varying levels based upon spend
  • Manage stakeholders and be able to partner with internal stakeholders to align on company priorities
  • Maintain a cost savings target of $5M - $10M per year
  • Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities

The Other Qualifications :

  • 4 or more years of relevant category experience in Capex Procurement directly.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Expert category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills.
  • SAP experience and Industry certification (ISM, CIPS) are preferred.
  • Contract management, spend analysis, and e-sourcing tools experience
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Ariba procurement software
  • Experience with capital equipment sourcing and contracting, including AIA Contract templates
  • Strong communication skills with executive level individuals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field but a Masters would be preferred or other relevant experience
