Key Responsibilities : Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in the IT staffing sector. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Networking : Attend industry events to expand business reach and generate leads. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree10-15 years of experience in business development within the IT staffing industry.
Proven success in achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and goal oriented.
