Spring Internships : Monday, January6, 2025 (15-20 / hours per week max)

The Accounting Intern may work onthe Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general Accountingteam. This person is responsible for creating, processing andtransmitting customer invoices, processing vendor invoices, andadministratively supporting the Accounting team.

What You'llDo

Depending on specific teamassignment, responsibilities may include any of the following :

• Create, process and transmit customerinvoices
• Review vendor information, route newvendors for approval and enter intosystem
• Review vendor invoices and submit forpayment.
• Address questions from our externalcustomers and vendors
• Lend support to internalcustomers and teams regarding Accountingprinciples
• Assisting with other projects andfinancial matters as theyarise

What You'llNeed

Minimum Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in adegree-seeking program, preferably in Accounting or relatedprogram

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, andinterpersonal communicationskills
• Self-motivated with strong propensityfor action, results and continuousimprovement
• The ability to work successfully ina high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment isnecessary
• Exceptional organizational skillswith the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes,programs, and procedures simultaneously while working underpressure to meet deadlines
• Experienceprocessing invoices a strong plus
• Experience inword processing, spreadsheets, andpresentations.

TravelRequirements and WorkingConditions

• Minimaltravel
• Reliable internet access for any periodof time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
• Must be authorized to work in the UnitedStates and not require sponsorship now or in the future
