To ensure the success of homecare, the Agency works with the referral sources and the family / Client to determine a care plan specific to each Client.
There are many aspects of home care that must be coordinated to ensure a successful experience. H&T Medicals, Inc. works to coordinate the services.
What will you do? As our (RN) Director of Nursing you’ll oversee training of homecare CNAs and HMs, as well as oversee the RN Clinical Supervisor.
You’ll ensure our caregivers maintain and grow in their perspective roles. You will work closely with the internal staff to provide a schedule that accommodates the Client’s needs.
ResponsibilitiesWorks with HR and the Scheduling Department to ensure that the Staff assigned will work well with the Client / family.
- Ensures the completion of an admission assessment;· Ensures appropriate recertification and supervision of the Clients and the Staff per RI Regulations;
- Provides supervision, leadership, training, guidance, and mentoring for all assigned caregiversQualifications· Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of clinical experience of which 1 year must be as RN;
- must have 1 year experience working in homecare; Bachelor's degree preferred· Must have working knowledge of RI Department of Health Home Care Regulations;
- Forward thinker with the ability to be creative and think outside the box ;· Possess outstanding leadership, teaching, and training skills· Proven customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative and solid organization and time management skills required;
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite;· Must be able to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language is a plus H&T Medicals, Inc.
