Department Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for our client, a prestigious university in northeast, Ohio.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with department budgets, financial administration, gift processing, scheduling and planning donor meetings, database management, and executing action items from donor meetings.
  • Oversight and implementation of acknowledgments and donor communications.
  • Schedule and plan donor meetings, coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
  • Update and research information in the database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Execute action items resulting from donor meetings, following up on tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee the implementation of acknowledgments and donor communications, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Qualifications :
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
