Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM OR 3 : 30 PM - Midnight

Training : Must be available to train on the 1st shift

Pay : $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll be part of a high-performing team committed to delivering safe, high-quality products on time. Your responsibilities will include :

• Following company safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, product quality, cost, and delivery
• Using gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure products meet specifications
• Recording machine, product, and delivery data in computer systems or on paper
• Meeting daily targets for safety, quality, and productivity
• Assisting with basic machine and tooling upkeep using common hand tools
• Supporting teammates and other departments as needed to meet customer demands
