NASA FCU is on a mission to find exceptional Call Center Member Service Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional member service. Our homebase is located at 500 Prince George's Blvd in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply :

• Skilled at handling 50-70 customer service-related support questions per day in financial, retail banking, utility, or telecommunication environments.
• Experienced with processing and assisting customers with financial products including savings, checking, IRA, HSA, direct deposit, ACH, wires, stop payments, and trusts.

All call center team members must be available to work 40 hours per week with weekday shifts as early as 8 am and as late as 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am 2 pm. Working a minimum of two Saturdays per month is also part of the schedule. This is a Remote-Hybrid position with your initial 90-120 days onsite.

$21 - $25.50 an hour

Call Center MSA I : Less than two years of experience $21.00 ($43,680) Greater than two years of experience $22.00 ($45,760) Call Center MSA II ($42,500 - $62,500). Less than two years of experience $24.00 ($49,920) Greater than two years but less than four $24.75 ($51,480) Greater than four years $25.50 ($53,040)
