Job Overview :

Onsite – Oconomowoc, WI

Compensation and Benefits - $110,000-$120,000K plus full suite of benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401K match, etc)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will assist with efforts to grow and manage product categories across key manufacturers and distributors, support a consistent product and service marketing structure, develop and provide reporting, analytics and KPI scorecards to grow and improve sales and margins for existing divisions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development of strategies to grow existing and new categories to include full scale residential exteriors.
• Launch and management of existing and new categories.
• Financial reporting with KPI's-
• Across all distributors and category by category
• Analysis of industry, market and homeowner trends.
• Oversee pricing, product range management (including promotions where applicable).
• Maximize sales and profitability.
• Vendor / Distributor relationship and program management.
• Alternative category strategy and management-
• Tile, metal
• Siding
• Gutters
• Windows
• Services
• Category and product training planning and development contribution as needed.
