Office Account Manager
A prominent and award-winning Engineering firm in Indianapolis is looking for an Office Account Manager to join the team.
This is a stable 40-year-old award-winning organization providing innovative cutting-edge design solutions nationally and internationally.
The role of the Office Account Manager will provide support for engineering excellence, managing day-to-day tasks such as creating financial statements, maintaining executive schedules, payroll, accounts payable, expense reports, business licenses, and pre-qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years in a similar position, AJERA Core Accounting Software proficiency, and experience in office management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain financial statements, accounts payable, expense reports, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for business licenses and pre-qualifications.
- Experience with executive scheduling and travel reservation.
- Monitors and mentor administrative staff.
- Assists with large company events.
- Meet deadlines and implement office policies.
Desired Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Office Account Manager role.
- Experience managing and training office and administrative staff.
- AJERA Core Accounting Software required!
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Efficient analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
