Full-Time MD / DO Opportunity Federally Qualified Health Center in Fairfax, SC

Location : Fairfax, South Carolina

Type : Permanent Full-Time

Start Date : ASAP

Hours : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Schedule : Monday Friday

On-Call Rotation : 1 call per 20 weeks (by phone only)

About the Role

Join a compassionate and mission-driven team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to serving underserved populations in rural South Carolina. We re looking for a Board-Certified MD or DO to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and diagnoses .
