Shift :

  • 24-Hour Call and Daytime Clinical Hours with Night Beeper Call
  • Hours per Shift : Standard 24-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 AM) and daytime shifts (8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM) with 1-hour lunch, followed by night beeper call (5 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM)

Description :

  • This opportunity involves providing urology coverage at a hospital setting.
  • The provider will handle both inpatient and outpatient duties, including surgeries and clinical consultations.
  • Daily patient volume is approximately 20 patients.
  • The provider is expected to perform procedures per week.
  • Surgeries in the operating room average 3 4 cases per day.
  • The position includes 24-hour call coverage and day shifts with night beeper calls as scheduled.
  • Support staff includes one Physician Assistant and assigned Medical Assistants.
  • No additional MDs are on-site during coverage.
  • The hospital is equipped with 99 beds.
  • Special procedures may include in-clinic vasectomy and outpatient infant circumcision, though these are not mandatory.
  • The facility uses eClinicalWorks (eCW), MediTech, and Cerner EMR systems.
  • Disposable flexible stethoscopes are available for use.
  • The provider must hold an active Arizona license or qualify through IMLC.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology is required.
  • DEA certification is mandatory.

    • Experience : Minimum 1 year of urology experience required

    License : Active Arizona license or IMLC

    Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, DEA required

    Must - Have : Experience in inpatient and outpatient urology care
