- Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions / changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state / federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.* May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient's care plan.* Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
