Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented iOS and Android engineers to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback to help the team members grow and learn.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful mobile experiences.
• Keep a day‑one mindset, challenge the existing and keep an open mindset in the team.
• Stay engrossed in the product, tech and architecture details to create a feasible development plan (in high quality).
• Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, mobile experiences with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics.
• Manage risks and dependencies effectively, remove roadblocks, handle pivots and scope changes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Qualifications

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is :

Bay Area California : $213,500 - $288,500.
