Responsible for operationalizing business and / or regulatory requirements, including project management process improvement and work related to growth initiatives and or optimization.

Must be subject matter expert in focus.

This role will drive planning and execution of initiatives related to Service Readiness, Stars, Process Improvements and Service Recovery.

They will be responsible for compiling, collecting, analyzing, presenting Service data to various stakeholders. They will be highly engaged and aligned with the Provide Service Value Stream, and all related internal teams and vendor partners.

The incumbent has detailed expertise around the technical descriptions for all Star ratings' measures related to Service in order to support strategy, tactics and communication of results to the organization.

In addition, they will be able to provide findings from inbound / outbound call analysis, provide recommendations based on analysis, and how these measures may impact Stars.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field, plus 7 years of related work experience beyond degree.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge and experience working with Medicare Stars preferred
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and external partners
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to understand cause and effect relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence change, initiate and shape work with colleagues inside and outside the organization to achieve goals
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft product suite

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Twin Cities, MN or Madison, WI - for applicable heads-up work.

Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,800. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and / or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
