Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with students in the Dallastown, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by helping children meet their behavioral and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support positive behavior development
- Collect data on student progress and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a cohesive support system
Qualifications :
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to follow behavior plans and adapt to student needs
