TWC Services seeks an enthusiastic person with strong computer and organizational skills! Partnering with service operations management, the Estimator researches parts & gathers quotations to provide accurate estimates to our clients.

HVAC experience required. Examples of duties include : procures parts-materials-tools, conducts customer service follow-up, maintains refrigerant tracking log, facilitates the administration of warranty claims, receives / reconciles completed work orders, maintains up-to-date client account information and prepares quotes & proposals.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 yrs. HVAC / R industry experience in service operations and / or coordination
• Creates quotes from existing service work orders using our quoting database as directed by the Service Department.
• Procures required items, performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery, and advises the proper individual of the arrival of ordered items.
• Capable of managing many diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Basic project accounting or costing principles
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious, team player
• Clean driving record
• Clear background check and drug screen
