We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee your own workflow. Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service for their vehicle.
• Exhibit professionalism in your duties and proactively manage your vehicles.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring the highest level of service.
• The Service Advisor is the expert at the maintenance and care of a customer's car.
• The advisor will :
• Ensure customers receive the automotive services they request.
• Present any additional services recommended by the manufacturer.
• Help identify the benefits and value of proper maintenance.
• Properly and timely communicate customer concerns and repair requests to technicians.
• Promptly keep the customer informed of the status at predetermined and as-needed times.
• Present estimates and document customer approval.
• Understand how to manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Other tasks as requested from a supervisor or manager.

• Time management skills, including dependability and reliability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance and conduct.
• High degree of accountability.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and current valid driver's license. (Interested candidates must meet insurability standards set by our insurer.)
