Why We Need You We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team! As a CSM, you’ll be at the forefront of our client relationships, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their success from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

You’ll act as a strategic partner, making sure our clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to fully harness the power of our cutting-edge platform.

With your real estate expertise and tech-savvy approach, you’ll provide top-notch service and support, making a real impact on our clients and our growth.

If you’re ready to be a key player in a fast-growing startup and drive client success, we want to hear from you! Role Responsibilities Client Onboarding : Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of our platform.

Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated effectively within the company.

Strategic Partnership : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve success with our platform.

Problem Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring nothing is overlooked and clients receive timely support.

Collaboration : Work closely with the technical team to address more complex issues, ensuring clients have a seamless experience.

Education & Training : Provide training and resources to clients, helping them understand and utilize all features of our platform.

Feedback Loop : Collect and relay client feedback to help shape the future development of our product. Scale & Growth : Assist in developing processes and best practices to help scale our customer success operations as we grow.

Qualifications 3+ years in a customer success role, preferably in property tech, real estate, or fintech. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its unique challenges.

Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot or escalate technical issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
