The Role
We are now seeking for a Regional Sales Director Foods Service to join the team!
- You will direct development strategies focusing on revenue growth of restaurants, distributors, retailers and manufacturers.
- Build revenues and groomed relationships with brokers, distributors, retailers (e.g. Costco, Whole Foods, The French Laundry, B & B group, Bi-Rite, Italfoods, LA & SF Specialty).
- Represent the company at every national and international food show (e.g. Winter & Summer Fancy Food Show, IDDBA, Natural Products Expo, CIBUS Parma - Italy, TUTTO-FOOD Milan - Italy)
- Serve as Brand Ambassador and established respected report with world renown chefs and industry leaders.
- Hire, manage and motivate the team of highly specialized account managers and sales force.
- Design marketing strategies, collaborate on sales materials and participate in outreach (brochures, POS promotional cards, social media, radio and videos).
Location : This is a remote role located in the West. We are seeking candidates along the West Coast or Nevada / Oregon / Texas.
What We Are Looking For :
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in the food industry; particularly selling into retailers, restaurants, distributors and manufacturers.
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree and / or Culinary Arts Degree
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong written / presentation skills
- General understanding of a P&L and forecasting abilities
