Job Description
Join our dynamic team at the forefront of Orthopedic Oncology Surgery! As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Orthopedic Oncology Surgery Service.
Dive into a diverse patient population encompassing primary bone and soft tissue tumors, metastatic diseases, benign lesions, metabolic bone conditions, limb discrepancies, and more.
You'll be the key liaison between our patients and the comprehensive care team, providing expert care in both outpatient and operating room settings.

Role overview :
Deliver comprehensive care to patients with primary bone and soft tissue tumors, metastatic disease, benign lesions, etc in the outpatient and OR setting
- Work independently to see patients in addition to collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to oncology patients
- Ensure the delivery of quality care to meet our patients medical, surgical, and psychosocial needs
- Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
Key Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification and BLS Certification
- Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
- 2+ years of APP experience in a Surgical Ortho setting
- Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses / registrations
- RNFA certification
- Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
- Related National NP certification and BLS certification
- 2+ years of APP experience in a Surgical Ortho setting

Additional Information :
- Hours : 4, 10 hour shifts flexed shifts, Mon-Fri
- Location : Clinic : 53rd Street Manhattan - OR : 1275 York Ave Manhattan This role will require coverage to Westchester NY
- This role is open to experienced APPs with a Surgical Ortho experience.
- RNFA required for Nurse Practitioner candidates
Pay Range $144,000K-182,000K
