What You’ll Do :

• Lead the strategy and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of systems into our daily operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our existing POS system while strategically planning for future needs.
• Oversee a team of retail systems associates that are charged with finished product creation and promotion creation.
• Oversee all retail aspects of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, including requirements gathering and user training.
• Collaborate closely with dispensary leadership to refine retail system usage at the store level.
• Build strong partnerships with software vendors and drive innovation.
• Set a strategic roadmap for retail systems products and maintain a product backlog.
• Craft detailed functional specifications and business requirements.
• Engage with various stakeholders to communicate priorities and progress.
• Implement data governance frameworks for retail finished goods.
• Ensure meticulous management of seed-to-sale tracking systems.
• Analyze and interpret KPI data to assess effectiveness.

Who You Are :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on Retail Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
• Extensive experience in POS migrations and project planning.
• Demonstrated project management excellence.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementations.
• Ability to dive deep into data and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
