TOC Video Technician
About the Role :
- Due to new contracts with a major global OTT platform, our client now have a need to expand their Technical Operations Centre team, with the addition of further TOC Video Technicians.
- Within this role you would be working on Tier 2 support, monitoring and maintaining technical operations of integrated systems for customers’ subscription video services.
- You would be responsible for rectifying or escalating any issues as appropriate, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- The teams operate on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, based out of their office in LA.
- This role will report into the Operations Manager, with supervisors also covering each shift.

To be successful you’ll need to have
- Strong understanding of live broadcast / streaming environment
- Experience with live video technology and software-driven video tools
- Background in related technical roles (TOC experience a plus)
