Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct meetings and consultations, adapting to client preferences for remote or in-person interactions.
• Implement our blueprint for success, leveraging our proven strategies to build and expand your agency.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to excel in the insurance industry.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an insurance license. We will pay for 75% of your licensing costs if you claim your spot on the team.

How We Make Money :

• Clients in your target area have expressed interest in coverage through handwritten requests.
• We reach out to them and schedule appointments to discuss their insurance needs.
• During the meeting, we identify the best company and plan to suit their requirements.
• Our streamlined e-application process ensures a seamless transaction.
• Once issued, funds are directly deposited into your account.
• This is a 1099 commission-based job, offering exceptional earning potential.

Earning Potential :

• Part-time : $500-$1500 per week
• Full-time : $1500-$3000 per week
