RN Emergency Department Nurse Manager
Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a rapidly growing independent, non-profit community hospital to assist in the recruitment of a Nurse Manager for their Emergency Department.
This is a permanent, direct hire position.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of anEmergency Department that sees over 35,000 patient visits per year and is growing.
We are seeking an experienced ED nurse who is an inspirational leader, critical thinker and someone who is innovative and passionate about patient care.
Our ideal candidate will also be able to provide new ideas on how to improve the ER, best practices, core measures, and ways to improve patient and employee satisfaction.

Emergency DepartmentNurse Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse
- Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or Assistant Manager experience in the Emergency Department is required
- Patient-focused, servant-leader mindset with a collaborative leadership approach
- Ability to provide excellent clinical care and mentor / educate others
- Should be team-drivenand able to work well across all levels
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
